What we collect
- Checker answers. As a guest, answers stay in your browser. If you save a project, your answers are stored in your account.
- Account details. Your email address and sign-in information.
- Interest forms. Email, project type, optional first name, BD-number status and consent; for contractors, email, company and monthly permit volume; contact messages you send.
- Product events. Anonymous usage events (for example “checker started”) without names, emails or addresses.
How we use it
To run the checker, save your projects, contact you about services you asked about, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Sharing
We use hosting and database providers to operate the service. We do not share your data with the City of Miami or Miami-Dade County. Shareable summaries never include personal details in the link.
Your choices
You can delete saved projects at any time from My projects. To delete your account or interest-form data, contact us through the Contact page.
Security
Saved projects are protected so only your account can read them. No system is perfectly secure; please don’t enter sensitive information such as Social Security numbers.
